Synthetic deck materials continue to evolve and grow in  popularity along with other "maintenance free"  products.   Recently synthetic decking is looking better than ever with convincing colours, textures, railing kits  and trim/fascia pieces available.  However,  Canadian distribution could still use some improvement making availability and price an issue for some products.

The price of  a fully synthetic deck  is significantly higher than that of  a pressure treated or cedar deck.
